      My experience with Castleview Home Inspections left me deeply disappointed and concerned about the reliability of their services. We hired them to inspect a home we were purchasing, expecting a thorough evaluation to ensure we were making a sound investment. However, the inspection report failed to uncover significant issues that later surfaced, putting our safety and financial well-being at risk.However, they only casually mentioned a potential roof problem and suggested we seek further evaluation by a roofer. Unfortunately, we neglected to do so until after closing, only to discover a multitude of serious roofing issues, including mold growth, a sizable hole, and a broken rafter. These oversights could have been catastrophic if left unaddressed.Even more alarming was the lack of attention to detail regarding other critical aspects of the property. The fact that they missed a toilet that wasn't even properly mounted to the floor speaks volumes about the thoroughness of their inspection process.Upon expressing our dissatisfaction to Castleview's CEO, we were met with a disappointing response. Instead of taking responsibility for their oversights, he attempted to deflect blame by pointing to a vague disclaimer in the report. Furthermore, his offer to buy us dinner in exchange for our silence was insulting and indicative of a company more concerned with preserving their reputation than addressing legitimate grievances.It's disheartening to think that Castleview may be buying off dissatisfied customers to maintain their higher rating, rather than rectifying their shortcomings and ensuring quality service. This experience has eroded my trust in their ability to conduct thorough and reliable home inspections, and I would caution others against relying on their services without thorough scrutiny.In conclusion, my experience with Castleview Home Inspections was nothing short of disappointing, and I would strongly advise potential customers to proceed with caution
