    Modern Design and Construction did a beautiful job on my front porch. They worked within my budget and address every concern. If I could I would submit before and after pictures. I'm looking forward to seeing what their landscaping department can do for my front yard.

    April and ***** with Modern Design were outstanding to work with on our renovation. They were smart, creative, and great stewards of the budget and timing of this project. There attention to detail, care for our home, and kindness through the process was exceptional.
