      I contacted Charles Schwab on 4/4/2025 to let them know they made a mistake when transferring my account from *************, and misidentified me as a non-US person. ************* was bought by Charles Schwab and all brokerage accounts with TD transferred to Charles Schwab earlier in 2024. As Charles Schwab misidentified me as a non-US-person, the tax document they generated is form 1024, I requested them to update my info and generate form 1099 which is the correct form for US-person. All documents and application forms were submitted on 4/4/2025 and multiple communications were made between 4/4 till 4/26 through direct messages online and phone calls. Till today I have not yet received any update on my tax form and was told the wait time cannot be estimated.I have already had to file for an extension on my tax filing just because of this and don't know how much longer I need to wait. It is rediculous that a mistake that is on the Charles Schwab side has to take infinitely long to resolve.I would like them to correct the status and generate the correct tax document.

      My account has been locked with zero explanation for 5 days. Due to volatile market conditions, I must be able to view and access my portfolio. I have been a Schwab customer for years, if anything is needed from my end to resolve this issue, please let me know.**** ********* ************ ***********************

      I'm prevented from login my bank account ,after I sign up for my bank account was going great I could easily login,I deposited $201 in bank account and after waiting for it to deposit off hold, then on Thursday 17 th I did transfer of funds to my external bank account went through alright scheduled to transfer on Monday the 21th ,now today Saturday I tried to sign into my bank account I get message as in uploaded photo that I must call bank customer support for account verification etc, I called in to the bank support number and explained the situation to support with my social security number as identification to pull my account after locating my account ,support was saying my bank account is in review really not understandable,for they delaying my money and transfer ,why they have my bank account in review waiting I don't know ,all my bank info was legal and precise if it was to verify account to ensure I was the one signing in to bank account I did call in to support

      Account Details:Account Holder: ******** ******* Hajahmadi Account Number: ************ Branch Location Visited: ****************************************************************************************************** Issue Overview:After my previous complaint regarding an $8,000 check deposit was resolved and my account access was restored, I am now experiencing new issues with my Charles Schwab checking account:On April 12, 2025, I attempted to make a Zelle transfer of $750 to my father.Without prior notification, Charles Schwab placed another hold on my account on April 14, 2025, just two days after the transfer attempt.I immediately contacted customer service for an explanation but received no satisfactory assistance or resolution.This is particularly concerning as it follows directly after the resolution of a previous account hold that was placed without adequate explanation.Previous Issue Background:On March 27, 2025, I deposited an $8,000 check which resulted in:An extended hold until April 7, 2025, without written explanation Complete account suspension on April 1, 2025 Refusal to provide fraud team contact information While that issue was resolved, this new hold represents a continuing pattern of account restrictions without proper communication.
