"One of the of the worst places to work at in Tyler ******************** ***** starting and the top from the administrator Rich and business office manager they are known for stealing the patients money and they lie to the family members, the current *** shes a Drunk, the **** sorry as they come and only going to sit all day and do nothing, and especially the Staffing Coordinator ****** the turnover rate is due to her everywhere she has worked she runs the place into the ground. Most of there nurses are just there for a pay check and have no compassion because they lazy, sorry, act as they have no clue how to be a nurse its really ridiculous Truth is they dont appreciate good workers, they have to much nepotism in that place and most of the employees are on drugs its really not the place to put your love ones unless your intentions are for them to suffer at the hands of Petal Hill staff." ...
