      This debt with TEXAN CREDIT is not my responsibility. There is no agreement between me and TEXAN CREDIT. This is fraudulent behavior because the account was opened without my consent. The business has did not present a signed contract or other evidence that I gave permission for this to be opened. account. There is no legal foundation for this unless there is a signed, legally binding contract. to be registered in my name. Consequently, I contest its legitimacy and ask that it be taken down right away from my documents.

      We (Texan Credit Corporation) is in receipt of this complaint ID ******** for ******* **************** Due to having more than one customer with the same name and address we are in need of more information to confirm the correct Mr. **************** The information he provided is not conclusive with any information we have on our data base, we would be more than happy to respond once we have some specific details like the last 4 of the *** or a date of birth so that no third party information is disclosed to the wrong individual.

      Without this information we are not able to properly provide a response.

      *** from the office in ********, *****, called my office and spoke to a co-worker in my building asking for me by my name. My Co-worker said he told her I would be back in my office in a bit. *** then told my co-worker she needed to know who to contact for wage garnishment, so with that being said *** asked for me by name and then asked where to send garnishment of my wages. My whole office now knows my personal business. I have been put at risk of losing my employment and my to take care of my family. I believe *** was In clear violation of FDCPA 805 (b) Communication with third parties.Except as provided in section 1692b of this title, without the prior consent of the consumer given directly to the debt collector, or the express permission of a court of competent jurisdiction, or as reasonably necessary to effectuate a post-judgment judicial remedy, a debt collector may not communicate, in connection with the collection of any debt, with any person other than the consumer, his attorney, a consumer reporting agency if otherwise permitted by law, the creditor, the attorney of the creditor, or the attorney of the debt collector.

      In response to the complaint filed by *********************************** ID# ********. When a contract is signed at the time the loan is made the customer gives consent to Red River ******************************************* allowing the office to receive information from consumer reporting agencies should it be necessary. It is the policy of ******************************** Corporation to make and maintain contact with their customers.  When an account goes delinquent the office will make phone calls to the customer or the refences listed on the account to try and work out an arrangement that would benefit the customer and the office.  If an arrangement is not made because of lack of communication or broken promises the office will use the consumer reporting agencies to find numbers to try and contact the customer.
      The desired settlement for this account is to cease and desist all phone calls from the company.  I have contacted the ******************************** Corporation in ****** and have made sure that all phone calls will be stopped to ****** moving forward.

      I have tried to pay on my loan and they will not take any amount other than the amount of the monthly payment without renewing my loan. I have talked to them several times and tried to ask nicely, but they keep making me up my loan and have done it more than once to change my due date and I cannot do that anymore. I just want to pay, what *** told them I could pay, but they will not take my money. They want to threaten that theyre going to turn it over if I dont which they are in the process of now

      In response to the complaint filed by ********************* ID # ********, I have spoken to the supervisor ***************************** for the Red River Credit Corporation location in ******** 
      ***** informed me that accommodations have been made to help this customer on numerous occasions, currently we have ************* with a promise to pay on 5/22/24 per her request after failed promises to pay earlier in the previous month and this month.  When an account goes delinquent the office will make phone calls or home visits to try and work out an arrangement that would benefit the customer and the office.  If an arrangement is not made because of lack of communication, the office does have the right to file for small claims judgment and subsequent garnishment if necessary.
