BBB Code of Advertising states advertisers should only use “satisfaction guarantee” or similarrepresentations in advertising if the seller or manufacturer refunds the full purchase price of theadvertised product or service at the consumer's request.BBB requested Dash of Glitter to provide us with a copy of their guaranty policy and a response if they offered full refunds upon request. BBB requested as Dash of Glitter's policy did not provide full refunds upon request BBB requested they modify their advertising to discontinue the term “guarantee.”
BBB Code of Advertising states when using the term “warranty” or “guarantee” the advertiser shouldclearly and conspicuously include a statement that the complete details of the guarantee can be seen priorto the sale which could include putting it on the seller’s website. The Code also states sellers ormanufacturers should advertise that a product or service is warranted or guaranteed only if the seller ormanufacturer promptly and fully performs its obligations under the warranty or guarantee.BBB would like to request a copy of your guarantee. Additionally, BBB requests you add a statementexplaining how consumers can view the full details of your guarantee or add the full guarantee details toyour website.
As of February 22, 2022, Dash of Glitter advertises "100% Satisfaction Guaranteed" and product guarantees.
