- Additional Info:In October, 2022, the BBB investigated FB Contractor-Tools.com business practices. This investigation was prompted by another BBB forwarding the investigation to our BBB due to it being in our service area. Along with a scam tracker reports, complaints, and calls. Concerning consumers not receiving their items ordered or a refund. As of December 12th, 2022, BBB has exhausted all forms of contact to the business. All phone numbers, websites, emails, fax numbers are disconnected, and all postal mail communications are returned to sender. Consumers with outstanding concerns are still encouraged to file a complaint for BBB records but may also wish to seek legal counsel and/or The Attorney General's Office of Oklahoma. Based on the information detailed above, BBB cannot confirm the legitimacy of Contractor-Tools.com
