    I contacted this company to get my father a wheelchair on February 8th 2024. I sent over all the required information and documentation that was requested in order to get the process started. I did not get a follow up email, call or any form of communication concerning getting my order. After waiting over 2 months I contacted them again only to find out the original person I was assigned to no longer worked for the company and they did not notify me or assigned me to another individual to get my order. After I contacted them they told me that ******** requires another assessment done and they had put in the order for an individual name **** to do it but in order for the assessment to be approved by ******** a PT would have to sign off on the document also and that was at my expense. I arranged for the visit and **** and the PT both came and performed the assessment. I was told because of their errors and the delay on their part they would provide a loner chair until my fathers chair would be delivered. I notified them again today only to receive the run around and told I would get a call back. Still no chair, no call and Im still in desperate need of a wheelchair chair for my father. Hes in the last stages of dementia and its stressing enough to see your love one deteriorating before your eyes but to constantly have to wait and deal with a company that is unprofessional, untrustworthy, uncaring, unreliable and incompetent is unacceptable. I just pray that by me filing this report it will encourage them to provide better treatment and competent services to the next family. My family and I ordered and paid for a wheelchair at our expense because we just cant wait any longer and take a chance on my father falling or breaking his bones.
