"i wouldn't recommend them if they were the last company out there horrible owners and employees of farmers disposal they do not take accountability nor do the owners even communicate with each other spoke with jessica friday about the driver skipping my house and being completely disrespectful and aggressive to me she assured me she would deal with the guy and have a talk with him and my trash would be picked up on tues well tues came and he was about to skip my house again but this time my husband was home the driver must have already been mad because of what his boss told him about his behavior on friday so when he got to my address he right away got aggressive when my husband told him they missed the trash and also to not speak to his wife in the disrespectful way he did that's when the driver told my husband **** you meet me at the back of the truck and thats when he pulled a knife out on him i immediately started recording and letting him no that i ws calling and sending the videos to the owners his response was **** JESSICA he was too busy trying to fight because he was so mad about him getting in trouble for friday that before he even came to my house he was ready with his bat and knife so after i called to owners numerous times left voices mails just for casey to tell me he didnt want to fire the guy or let him go as this is the what he wants to represent them even the other 2 guys that were with the driver kept telling him to get in the truck and leave and he refused the videos and pics are on there social media pages save yourself time and MONEY DO NOT USE THEM THEY DONT CARE ABOUT U AS A CUSTOMER THEY JUST TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LOOSING CONTRACTS DOESNT MATTER TO THEM ON TOP OF THE DRIVER SCREAMIMG RACIAL SLURS"
