      Great company to work for and is great to their owner partners, as well as actually care about the people they are hired to serve.

      The star would be (0) this place is not even worth a (1) I had planned on moving into a complex here in ****************** (**********) and they couldn't pass inspection twice called the office and asked when would it be available. ******* one of the individuals that works there told me "they told me to tell anyone who called to say Friday " inspection was done and still didn't pass. So I decided I didn't want the apartment. We NEVER EVER SIGNED A LEASEZ. WHEN I INFORMED ****** (THE PROPERTY MANAGER) that I wanted my deposit back she then states that Corporate iin San Antonio would send it to me but bc I changed my mind I wouldn't be getting ALL MY ($600) BACK. H*** I NEVER MOVED IN *** HAVE I EVER SEEN THE ACTUAL APARTMENT I WAS SUPPOSED TO RENT. SHESHOWED ME A MODEL. SO I TRIED CALLING THE SO CALLED MAIN CORPORATE IN *********** AND NOT ONLY THAT I LEFT (2 FREAKING EMAILS) NO RESPONSE THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM DON'T RENT ANYTHING THAT IS MANAGED BY ***

      Would give it a 0 (no star) I was going to originally move into ********** in ************ but they failed inspection (TWICE) so I decided to move somewhere else and I had not signed a lease with them just gave them a security deposit ($600) and when I talked with one of the property managers I told him I was coming the next day to get my deposit. I currently live with family ( AN HOUR AWAY) . When I got there (******) the other property manager was on the phone and the guy was just sitting there doing NOTHING while the 3rd property manager had to come in on her off day to (DUMP TRASH) which I digress and she told me they said to come back in an hour, so to give them more time I came back in 2 hours just for ****** to say I won't be getting my deposit back from them bc ( CORPORATE) WHO RESIDE IN ***************** will have to mail it to me and I won't be getting the ENTIRE $600 bc I changed my mind about moving in. But REMEMBER I HAVE NO LEASE WITH THEM,SO THEREFORE I DIDN'T BREAK A LEASE, AND I HAD NOT MOVED IN SO THEREFORE THERE IS NO DAMAGES. I believe these people are just scam artists and they got mad bc I changed my mind about moving into a place that COULD NOT PASS INSPECTION

      I lived at ************** for approximately four years. The following details the several issues I, along with other residents, experienced during my residency at **************. Contact with the local manager (LM) through phone or email was non-existent. Maintenance of the secured parking lot (amenity for $45/month) did not occur and was open for much of my residency at this property.The front door went through several extended periods of being inoperable, remaining unlocked, for approximately 6 months. One tenant acknowledged he did not receive a mail key until 4 months after moving in.During the summer months, several tenants went days without A/C after their units went out. I filed service requests for the same issue four times - at one point the request was open for 4 months before it was ******** the summer went on, the pool was not cleaned for an extended period. It is likely it was never cleaned from June until August. The LM did not appear for a scheduled apartment tour. After lodging a formal complaint to ***, I was contacted by the ** and she let me know it had been awhile since she had a check-in with the LM. The ** seemed to be genuinely concerned about my issues and even gave me her personal number in case I needed to contact her. She told me she would reach out to her superiors in regards to the compensation. After several days of not hearing from her regarding compensation, I reached out to her multiple times and she would not return my phone calls or texts. After finding someone to take over my lease, we asked the LM to write up a new lease and it took us contacting the LM a multitude of times over a month and a half before she wrote the lease a day before the new tenants were to move in. I've just about exceeded my character limit so I will leave you with this: Based on reviews of other properties managed by ***, I would highly advise anyone to stay away from ************** and other UAG properties.

      I lived at ********************** in two apartments 302 and ******* had been bugs 207 have rats also mold and mildew and they have not refunded my $500 that I paid for deposit and it's been 7 months **** tried to contact her which is the owner named ****** it's called United apartme it's been 7 months pnt group out of *********** *****

      *************************** at ******* Apartments stole our money and we never signed a lease. She never returned the money to us. They are very unethical and I would not recommend anyone to live here

      I just moved in on the 18th at Sheffield Park apartments, and not only does this place have roaches I have no ac, no whether stripping around the doors, but light switch for the Kitchen does also not work properly it has a short in them, there is never anyone here at the office I been trying to get someone for the past 3 days and any locations i have called including cooperate office and regional. you cannot get a live person on the phone i have called 20 different locations my time is just as valuable as theirs this is ridicules the email address i had for contact keeps getting returned by **********

      I live in The Parks no at Granite in ******** ***** the people you have working in the office are so rude that is why everyone is moving out they have all these maintence employees but nothing is getting done that needs to be done all of the apartments have black mold. I have been here almost a year and when I moved in to my apartment the ceiling in the bathroom was messed up it was never fixed and then my apartment flooded from the upstairs apartment and messed up more of my ceiling and it still hasn't been fixed I have mold but nothing has been done. When it flooded instead of the carpet being shampooed they had someone come in and **** the water up. I pay my rent on time every month why can't they do there part. I seen ***** with my own two eyes carry paperwork out of here and the lady that is working in your office now was working here to that's a little suspicious. The blonde lady that worked here is the one that walked ***** to the door with the papers.

      *********** manager at ************** in ******, ** signed for a $50,000 package. The package is now missing and the complex manager has been fired. No one at the local, regional, or ******** will return my phone calls or emails.The tenants at ************** hate this mgmt company and I can see why! I have to get an attorney involved.

      The Park at the Whispering Pines in ****** ** is becoming a poorly managed property. Our so called manager stays for an hour at the most 3 days a week. Maintenance issues are not being addressed in a timely manner. Our pool is condemned. The dumpster area is filthy. We cannot hold events in our club house. We are seeing more shady people hanging around here at night.
