"We hired their services and it is very difficult to talk to the assistant and much more difficult to talk to the lawyer, in our case they sent ** to the appointment, knowing that a pardon was required, the assistant told us not to worry if they ask you, the lawyer will send the document for forgiveness, we went to Ciudad Jurez we spent a lot of money and they told us what we feared the forgiveness was missing, we contacted the assistant and she told us that we had to speak with the lawyer, He received our call 4 days later, and he told us that we had to pay him another 5 thousand dollars."
