"My warranty company has sent Honor Air technician to our home twice and both times the Honor Air tech has not been able to fix our a/c. First time the tech was trying to replace the transformer which kept tripping so he left our home and called the warranty saying he couldnt figure out the issue and the warranty refused to cover the repairs." ...
