    It has taken so long because I have tried through countless text messages and phone calls to resolve this issue. As a business owner myself, I thought it was the proper way to do it. When that didnt work, I hired an attorney to send him a letter. After a month of nothing and finally getting an offer of $1000 for the poor work, I decided to go in this direction. I hired Chick Landscaping on July 28th, 2023, to remove and install Zoysia grass, a new sprinkler system, and other landscaping work in my yard. The Zoyshia that was installed was brown from the start. I questioned it, and ***** Chick said, We just need to water it, and it should be fine. Dont worry, I make sure its right. Well, after a few months of water, it wasnt coming alive. (I found out later that one of his guys bought the grass at an auction.) It was not new grass. It finally got to the point of hiring another company to remove the grass and install fresh grass. Chick Landscaping charged me $8000 for the grass, plus installing it. Of the $25547 invoice, I wanted the $8000 he charged for the grass refunded. He refused. I have pictures and my invoice. If needed. I want to protect others from his poor work ethic and business dishonesty.
