DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!!! They came out to fix the back panel of our fireplace and inspected the chimney. they knocked the interior pipe loose and the very next day when we had a fire - we had a FIRE IN OUR CHIMNEY - smoke was coming through the chimney wood. We called them back and the contractor came out and looked at this issue and said the reason the pipe came lose from the wall is because we burned the wrong kind of wood. Other chimney services said that was BS. We have used the same wood everyone does, cut locally and dried. They lied to avoid admitting they broke our fireplace system and said is would $10K to fix. Dishonest, untrustworthy and shameful - no integrity. In addition to the BBB we have posted on **** and have told everyone we know never to use them. They have only 3 stars for a reason.

I called and requested a chimney sweep and inspection of my fireplace (2 year old prefab unit in a 2 story home, used the fireplace for 2 *******). The guy was very professional and nice. He did a visual inspection of the roof and chimney topper and conducted a camera inspection of the first 6 feet of the flue. He showed me that is was dirty and said there was no reason to conduct the remainder of the inspection. Then told me that sweeping the chimney was not possible and he proceeded to quote me for a $1500.00 for some 2 day cleaning process using chemicals. Then charged me $250.00 for the partial inspection and no cleaning! As soon as he left I called 2 other chimney sweeping services, both said they would conduct a COMPLETE inspection and ACTUALLY SWEEP IT, for less than $200. Wrap you head around that, an incomplete inspection and no actual cleaning for $250.00, or an actual complete inspection and cleaning for less than $200. Do not use these people FOR ANYTHING!
