  Enchanted Fairies feels very scammy. I am utterly disappointed with this company who claims to be "family oriented." I felt pressured and mislead from the very beginning and should have trusted by gut and walked away before even entering the studio. My daughters enjoyed the experience, but prices were never once discussed before the pictures- they made it seem like $25 photo session was limited and we were lucky to get a spot. When leaving the studio, I was asked to make a zoom appointment to review the pictures- which I thought was odd... I didn't have my calendar with me so made an appointment. when I got home I realized I had conflicts so attempted to reschedule but they didn't have times but I was able to make the zoom call afterall, I fell for their sales pitch- and they got me at the right time being fatigued post shift and time crunch to pick my children up from school. I kept being told the whole call that I was lucky to get 40% off today and with purchase of 7 or 11 digitals, a "free story book" so I had in my head 7 digitals. by the end of the call I was asked to make a decision and sign a contract. I ended up spending $2600. When I hung up, I was like what just happened? I almost threw up. I am a single mom and can't afford pics over $250 alone. I immediately called and said I needed to modify the order- they told me they couldn't do that and had me make an appointment with client relations which was 5 days later. I even emailed the sales guy I spoke to and another gal asking to hold off on processing my order. A gal replied that they could't as I signed a contract. Client relations resolution was to upgrade my package for free. I escalated to his supervisor which I have had 3 emails back and forth and saying they will not modify my order. I am now in stress an financial strain because of this. I don't even want the pictures as it will be an ugly reminder. I shared my experience on their threads on social media but was blocked after sharing

  We've made beautiful memories at Enchanted Fairies Studios. Thank you for making my daughter so happy she can't stop talking about it! The staff was so nice and made her feel really special. The photos came out perfectly, too! Highly recommend.

  Instead of my daughter having a magical time on her birthday, it became a terrible nightmare!! For some reason, the staff did not prepare for the event and was surprised when we arrived! There was a lot of pinpointing and blaming and everyone's just awfully stressed!

  Great experience that has left us with lovely keepsakes. The portraits turned out beautiful. The staff was friendly, and the photographer got along great with my child, which made the session relaxed and enjoyable. Some of the packages cost a bit more than expected, but the team took the time to explain the advantages.

  I recently took my daughter to Enchanted Fairies Studio, and we had a delightful experience. Scheduling was easy, and the session was well-organized. The staff were friendly and made my girl feel like a true princess. The costumes and set design were amazing, and the photos turned out beautifully. I'll be back with my son when he's old enough to enjoy the experience (the whole thing will be wasted on a babe in arms).

  Got so angry with one of the staff because he was rude! Though the studio was everything I expected, the staff made the experience horrible!

  My daughter and I won a $400 voucher for a photoshoot with enchanted fairies and 1 free 8x10 of any of the photos taken. We were very excited had a magical photoshoot on 4/12/25 and were very excited to see the photos. Yesterday 4/23/25 we had our zoom meeting to see the photos before the edits. ***** was who we met with on zoom he was very persistent that we had to buy these now because it was the only chance to have them. The packages were outrageous the smallest package with only 7 digitals was $2500 plus tax so it came out to $2706.25 and was acting like this was an absolute steal not to mention after interest it comes out to over $3600!! He was guilt tripping on how to proceeds go to ******* (don't know if that is the truth or not) and how special it is for her. Feeling pressured and rushed and him telling me they have affirm for payments I ordered the smallest package since I wanted at least one photo from this with my daughter even though I was promised an 8x10. Soon as we ended the zoom call and he sent me the digital proof sheet to pick photos from I sent him an email back immediately saying I needed to cancel my order since my husband was upset which I can't blame him for feeling that way that is an outrageous amount of money for pictures. I never got a reply back and 2 hours later I began getting emails saying they are working on our photos which I'm trying to cancel. I have emailed and text multiple people in the company to just cancel the order and they want to have another zoom meeting which won't be until May 14th! I don't even want the 8x10 anymore I just want my ordered canceled this is absolutely ridiculous and robbery. They use Used Car Salesman tactics and will scam you out of thousands of dollars for not even decent photos!

  My daughter got lice from the flower crown after a photoshoot. She was quarantined for 10 days due to a recent surgery, she has not been in contact with anyone. I fixed her hair that afternoon, and everyday before that; and no evidence of lice. Her hair is very fine and blonde, it would have been noticeable. We got home that evening and noticed she had full grown lice/babies, in her head. We were the 4th appointment that afternoon, and the costume was already in the room (she didnt get a fresh costume between customers) I contacted the company and they brushed it under the rug saying theres no way she could have come in contact/could have caught lice from their flower crowns. I dont expect or want free photos, but I would like the business to actually take accountability for giving my daughter lice.

  I would leave less than a star if possible. My wife had photos taken just over a year ago of our daughter. We were informed the amount would be $3500 for the package we wanted. Since we did not have all of that money up front we went with the leasing option to make payments towards the bill. We recently were able to pay off the loan amount for a little over $3600, more than the initial loan, which we assumed had been interest and other fees connected with lines of credit. We hadnt heard from Enchanted after about a week and half so my wife reached out to them to see where we stood in a timeline. Enchanted got back to us and informed us they were looking into it but it was currently looking like we hadnt paid the other half of the bill. After going back and forth over email and still not making sense of how we could have half still left on the bill my wife called them to talk with someone. She tried 3 separate times to talk with someone and kept getting hung up on or referred back emailing. Finally we had been told that we shouldve received an email to switch and start making payment to Enchanted and that the leasing company only covered $1500 the rest of the money paid to them was all interest and fees. We never received that email to switch and start paying Enchanted until now when we had started communicating with them. They are now putting us on another approximately year long payment plan to cover the rest of the bill. This is not a good company and it is very hard to communicate with them, they are always on a sales pitch making you think you dont have an option. You have to meet on zoom and sign papers on zoom without being able to fully go over what the payment options look like. We absolutely would not recommend this company to anyone with this absurd price gouging and customer service problem.
