    Sends me collection letters based on tolls that do not belong to me. This should absolutely be illegal and I will absolutely fight this. I'm sick of people like this making my life difficult when all I'm trying to do is survive. Sickening, disgusting fiends. Unbelievable that you think it's okay to just attack someone's credit without needing to do your research or prove something belongs to me. I don't understand how you get away with this but I've had it.

    We're from ********* and drove to ***** about 7 months ago. We recently (8-22-23) received an invoice from Professional Account Management saying we owed $37.61 (assuming that's late fees included as well) for tolls and that our account has been turned over to a collection agency. The problem is we never received any toll invoice before this current one--if we had, we would have paid it right away. Now, we have to send a letter to their department to appeal it. What a scam!P.S.We were in ******** 2 months ago, received a toll from them and paid it right away. Hopefully, they're not anything like these scammers in *****.
