- Hardware/software that has been opened is not returnable. All items subject to a 35% restocking fee. Customer must notify HIT, LLC within 24 hour of defective or missing parts. All goods remain the property of HIT, LLC until the total amount of the invoice is paid in full. Late payments will incur an additional 1.4% charge per month. Actual shipping fees may be invoiced separately.
