Since September 2016, the BBB Houston began receiving several complaints that are exhibiting the following pattern.
According to complaints filed, it has been alleged that the Notary Spot is contracting outside notaries to provide notary services. However, after services have been provided, The Notary Spot has failed to provide payment. The complaints reviewed state the notaries have reached out to business with their concerns but are unable to reach anyone at The Notary Spot via telephone, email or online. Some complaints allege when they have made contact with The Notary Spot, payment has been promised but never received.
