"I went to the ********* location on 5/3 to see if I can get someone to cut my hair I showed a pic of the style and explained that my hair didnt need to be cut off because I was going to wear it curly in the natural state and the instructor cut ALL my hair off not only that its uneven and not even closed to the style I asked for if she couldnt do the cut why not say so my hair was down my back and now I can even get a pony tail Ive been so upset I shouldnt have trusted her the cut I wanted was a taper not a pixie cut and she showed no remorse at all I will never step foot in that estate again I went in on the 5/5 and they tried to butter me up with a wash like what exactly are you washing I asked her was she cut my hair like that and all she could do was look at me this is wrong and if I can persue legal action I will be cause she could have said no I cant do this cut now Im stuck wearing a turban scarfs and baseball caps on my to hide this hideous haircut please be careful you dont ***na end up bald with uneven hair like me"
