"I signed a contract & gave ****** ****** an $8000 check ( 2/3 of the quoted ****** price) to move, set up and put in a septic system, water lines & some other things he said he would do for that price. I noticed that he was taking a photo of my check( turns out he was depositing my check on the spot) before he ask me if I had access to a copier, ( I have one in my ********** seemed a little surprised) I told him yes, and he had an odd request; he ask me to place the check at the bottom of the contract which would cover up all of the extra things he was including in the $******." ...
