    They don’t know the first thing about water heaters I call home shield warranty. They contacted all point plumbers. It took him two days to show up to Guys came in all they did was take pictures. I told them that the problem was the thermostat on my water heater. They said that they will get back today. I got a call stating that I needed a new water heater and parts and labor after home shield pays their part that I had to pay them $1214 that my water heater was leaking that’s a lie I called another plumbing company they came and change the thermostat and that was all that it was wrong with my water heater don’t use them they will rip you off
