WARRANTY TOTAL SATISFACTION GUARANTEE 20-YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Hensley's Computer Cabling (HCC) warrants that if you are not satisfied with the materials or workmanship which this statement accompanies, at your option and upon your request, HCC will repair or replace it at any time within (20) years after purchase with the exception of manufactured fiber optic and copper patch cables which are warranted for a lifetime and electronic hardware requiring an external AC power source which carry a (1) year warranty.
WHAT THE WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:
This warranty covers only defects in materials and workmanship provided by HCC and does not cover damage or malfunction from misuse, abuse, accident, act of God, lightning or other electrical forces that exceed the standard range of operation, defect in non-HCC supplies, or non-HCC alteration, modification or upgrade.- Business Categories
