    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However I disagree that they did not violate legal credit rights by charging up front costs and I did not finish the plan as they were not doing what they were hired to do.

    Regards,

***** *******sumer disputed or debt validated. Nothing showed. I brought my concerns to ***** *******. He stated second round will have at least a few deletions for my collections. Round 2 resulted in no improvements. On February 18th, I called the ******************* She stated, in order to cancel you need to talk with your Advisor as they are the only ones who can cancel. She set me up with an appointment with ***** ******* for February 19th. While waiting, i submitted in writing on the customer portal and to ***** ******* via text. He called me immediately that day and after some back and forth he verbally agreed to cancel. On February 25th I was charged by Credit Firm *** for $150 and $16. I also went to their Credit Firm Life Plan and canceled on there. I called Billing today, February 25, 2023. She was extremely rude, belittled me, practically called me stupid and stated ***** doesnt have the authority to cancel and Im not allowed to. After reading the law, I want a full refund.

We have since resolved issue with ***** and reimbursed last payment that autodrafted.   However, to be clear.   All charges were in the rears of services rendered.     Projections were discussed with ***** in the very beginning clearly and written in detail within the agreement. ( no fine print) as well as the same Game plan recap emailed to the client with a clear projection of the plan and steps within the plan and timeline.      ***** simply didnt finish the plan.
Again all has been resolved since.

I am rejecting this response because:

    Regards,

*******************yone on this issue. Around June 2022 we decided to move forward with the construction loan process and was told by our banker to not touch our credit at that time in which I called and left a message with credit firm to not do anything and why, again with no response from anyone there. Life got busy and some time has now passed and still not getting any updates or contact from this company.**** was moving along just fine, we had set a date of August 12, 2022 to close, here is where the fun begins!!!The week of 8/3/22 we received a letter in the mail from an attorney regarding said debt and that the judge had issued the ok for them to put a lien on our property, I quickly sent this to ****** as we had been instructed to do with all correspondence to our debts, on 8/3/22 we had a phone conference with ****** about our progress and specifically this debt letting him know what was going on and were things where with the loan and that he needed to settle this quickly as to not have a lien. No doubt the **** lien was unfortunate.    However, when we started the program the **** we responded to was a different citation and a different debt.  Also the plan we had put together and agreement made was focused on our credit restoration process and those processes were discussed in detail and have been delivered.   The **** debt that is being referred to had already had a successful judgment.   To assist we later tried to negotiate the debt and they simply would not negotiate with us anything reasonable.

We in fact did get scores to initial projections which is how the initial construction loan was secured before closing.   ***************** delayed due to new derogatory.

Again, very unfortunate.  I had also had a conversation with *************** about the communication issue earlier in the process concerning **** .   That has since been resolved.

My opinion is with the Arizona state laws..  and the freedoms allowed by these collection agencies to collect on Judgments played a giant role in what this company would normally accept when it comes to settlements.

We were all caught off guard.   I hate it.. but again was a separate issue that came up during our processes that we simply did not have any control over.

    Sincerely,

    ******
