  this is the worst experience yet. have solar panels but no service to the house have been calling to just to leave messaged but not call back.

  They came out in September installed solar panels but thats all they did. They didnt follow through final installation didnt turn them on , they didnt do final inspection and now Im unable to get a hold of anybody and have already started to pay on my loan for nonworking panels.

  I had my solar panels installed in the first week of October. Installed was done. Been waiting for a quality check. Never heard back from anyone. Started paying payments on a product not working (hooked up). The financial company tried to call them to. There was no response to any calls. Found out online that they went out of business

  Had Solar Panel installed and now all of a sudden nobody is available I received a text message saying this company is out of business but I already paid over ****** dollars for panels on my roof that are not working. DO NOT DO BUSNESS WITH THESE PEOPLE IT APPEAR TO BE A BIG SCAM

  This so-called business is a scam operation! I agreed to allow a salesperson to come to my house and tell me what their company could do for me with regards to lowering my electric bill with the installation of solar panels. So, I checked this company out as diligently as possible and decided to move forward. This process started in late July. By September, they finally got all but 6 of the panels installed. A month went by and after ******* them, they finally installed the last 6 panels. Apollo did their quality inspection in October followed by the City of ************** inspection. Then nothing happened for a month. I filed a request with Swepco to have a new meter installed which would monitor the solar panels input. Swepco sent me several emails saying Apollo needed to provide more information to them and that they would not do anything until Apollo complied. After complaining to Apollo, they sent two workers here to supposedly get the final information for Swepco. A couple of weeks went by and ****** let me know the project was still up in the air. Finally, a guy named **, from Apollo, came by and said they had fired most of their employees and he was here to get my project finished out. He said he would be submitting the final information Swepco needed that day. A couple of weeks later, I got an email from ****** saying they were going to close my request due to lack of followup from Apollo. So, I called all of the Apollo numbers that I had accumulated over the several months and there was no answer on any of them. So, I finally got a phone number for the Alternate Energy Coordinator for Swepco and called him. He told me that there were three things he needed for me to be connected to Swepco. I was able to accomplish these three things myself and Swepco sent a technician out and switched and connected a new meter. So now, I check the meter and realize there is no power being generated from the panels and Apollo has taken the money and run!

  I have had the solar panels up for months still paying 2 bills. Can't reach anyone I want them to take my panels off my roof and go with a different company that will actually do the work they promised they would do only 1 star because it would not let me leave none

  I'm gonna base my complaint based on my experience dealing with them as a customer, the sales rep ****** did an excellent job explaining to me the "pros" of going solar and also warranties, along with walking me the process in financing the product. My 1st complaints started after the surveying was done which it was a week later after meeting the sales rep and also financing my solar system, after that like a mentioned before, everything went to ****, a portal web that was poorly designed, didn't showed the status of any update besides having installations or show *** at a short notice. After reading other reviews it became clearly that I wasn't the only having this issue. Well, I'm sitting today with a solar system that is interconnected to the grid (I guess) I don't know, I've been requesting the master electrician to come and show me how to use this system but appears that this company has disappeared from existence. Now I wonder what would happen if my system fails which is backed my their warranty by being a customer? what happens if my roof gets damage due to their installation. I've tried to unsuccessfully contact 7 contacts that I had and no one is able to pick my request or at least reach to me and fix this ongoing issue. ****** Reviews got them rated with 2 stars and everyone seem to have the same issue, NO COMMUNICATIONS WITH THE COMPANY AND THEIR EMPLOYEES. I honestly if there was a chance to remove this solar system, I would. I regret getting this solar system with POOR CUSTOMER SUPPORT, or NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I've recently tried to contact my original sales rep, which she replied by telling me to text her at such number and she totally ignored my text and calls. This company needs to get checked or even better AUDITED BY THE BBB.
