    The customer is unhappy with the color of lights she chose and accepted on her estimate. She was provided a photo example of color options via text for review prior to installation. Installation was completed 12/1/22. Customer's mother reported incorrect bulb color after installation however the color listed on the estimate and approved on the estimate was installed.

    Customer was given options to change bulbs to desired color at the end of the season when the bulbs come down for the cost of the bulb replacement only or to uninstall, change the bulbs on the ground and reinstall for a fee at the present time. Customer was informed that we do not have time, as in man hours to change the bulbs without the labor to do so being compensated. For the safety of our crews we do not change an entire property of bulbs while lights are installed on the roofline in the air.

    Customer did not respond if she would like either option at this time.

    Customer did report 2 bulbs hanging from the right roofline 12/6/22. This can be a common occurrence with Christmas lights as they are attached to the roofline with plastic clips that are designed to release when a certain amount of force is applied as to not damage the shingles. It was explained to the customer the lights hanging had nothing to do with negligence but rather the high winds we recently experienced. For the reason above we do offer complimentary repair visits with our paid services. As to date customer has not paid for the initial installation however in good faith we dispatched a repair. The repair was completed 12/7/22 by a crew placing the 2 hanging bulbs back on the roofline. Attachments:
