    For a few years ************** has utilized the services of In Depth Events for its graduation ceremonies. In recent years, the college has experienced problems with malfunctions of the In Depth Events equipment and timing issues, and In Depth Events provided discounts to compensate for those problems. For the graduation event held in May 2023, however, four of the six confetti cannons, which the college paid for, failed to launch completely. The college reached out to In Depth Events about the failure and the response from In Depth Events was that the equipment used for this event was fickle and by design, cant be tested beforehand. Despite efforts to come to a resolution, In Depth Events refused to issue a payment refund or partial refund. The college does not plan to use In Depth Events for any of its future events.

In Depth Events, Inc is NOT a BBB Accredited Business.
