    I paid this company for credit repair (2023), they never attempted to clean my credit. Literally took my money and I never heard from them until this year (2025)

    May 3, 2023 paid Rgv credit repair services to help fix my credit. I spoke to the owner **** ***** and he told me the process would take 6 months to see results. Throughout the six months nobody from his office called me to let me know the status of the process to get negative items deleted on my credit report. I understand that not all items that are negative will be deleted, however, I never got updates as to what companies they were contacting to resolve my negative accounts. I had to call them several times to figure out what was going on and the representatives there would give me the same information over and over again which was that they would check the status and if they needed anything from me they would call me back. At end of six months I still did not get not one single phone call about the status of my disputes. I spoke to the owner **** ***** and he just gave me the run around. I asked him if I could get a refund because I was not happy with the services because there were no services provided to aid in repairing my credit score. He said he would call me back to check my report and he didnt. He just sent me a copy of my credit scores from all 3 credit bureaus showing nothing was fixed or repaired or removed. No services were done and I honestly believe **** ***** and his business are frauds. He asks for money upfront but does not provide the service!!! Horrible business that likes to scam people out of their money.

    Good morning Mrs. *********** we are sorry you feel this way. We would like to explain your process. You signed up with us May 4th,2023. We started services that same day you submitted payment. We have done your first round and second round of credit repair, so the services that you paid for are completely done and delivered. When we sent out your first round, we did notify you via call, and we didn't get a hold of you so we left a text message which we have proof of. We also contacted you when we sent out your 2nd round, and we also left a text message. **** ***** did a review with you over the phone informing you of your results and you requesteda copy of your report which we provided to you via email, but your review was 100% done by **** ***** over the phone. If you are unsure of the process, please call us to provide guidance. Thank you and have a great day.
