    Wonderful human being and fabulous design! Melinda designed our new home for us, and we love the plans. Weve gotten nothing but compliments on it, and the entire process with her was smooth and professional from start to finish. We just had company over for Thanksgiving and many of my relatives complimented our laundry room which is part of our master bedroom closet. That laundry room was 100% Melindas idea, and everyone who sees my house wants to steal it.

    Me and my wife got our dream home planned out with Melinda. It was a seamless and quick process. Everything we asked for, she found a way to add it in. We changed our minds several times, and she just edited the plans and worked with us through the process without any complaints. Amazing service, and we would recommend this company to anyone needing some custom house plans.
