      I ordered the Champion Squat suit in a size 26 based off their size chart. For reference I am 135 pounds and the size 26 was for ******* pounds. When I got the suit in the mail it was TINY, I couldn't get the suit past my mid thigh. I mean, there is no way their size chart is at all accurate. My husband is 110 pounds and less curvy than I am and he tried to put it on and he couldn't even get it all the way up. I emailed Inzer and they told me to size up 2-3 sizes instead of apologizing that their size chart is WAY off. I filed for a refund and they also don't pay for the shipping label so you have to return it out of pocket. Will definitely not be getting a suit from them again.

      I ordered a belt in December for my grand-nephew. Their website claims 1 to 2 days for shipping. It is more than a month later and I haven't received it. They don't answer support emails and the phone numbers on their website don't work. They charged me in December for the belt, and apparently closed the business since then.

      Hi *****, Thank you for your business. I can assure you that our business is not closed. Our website does state the wait time for the Inzer Forever Belts. Due to the handmade nature of our belts, combined with the extremely high demand for them, they are taking a while to be made. I'm sorry if that was not clear. Furthermore, due to some weather and being without power, our phones have been inconsistent at best. I can assure you that we are working on your belt, and are here today to answer any questions you may have. Again, I apologize for any inconvenience, and we are more than happy to help you. Our inventory changes daily, so perhaps we have something in stock that will fit your needs. Please don't hesitate to reach out to us if you have any further questions.

      I ordered a 10mm Large Forever Belt on 9/2/2022. I waited about a month before reaching out via email and asking for a tracking #. Only then was I informed that my order could take between ***** weeks to ship. I will be waiting until next year after laying ****** down up front. I came into the purchase expecting SOME delay and based on advice from Reddit specifically ordered black which is normally kept in stock.I'm sure the product is fantastic based on their stellar reviews...just be honest with your customers. 4 months for order fulfillment is not reasonable without being very clear about that before you take their money.
