I would give ZERO stars if I could. My car was hit on a Friday and my husband called Caliber that evening. They asked if it was drivable. We said yes, but the muffler is halfway off and underneath my car is visibly messed up. We said we are not comfortable driving it other than to work and back due to the possibility of further damage and would like to get it fixed asap. The employee who took our call took down our information and said that the earliest he could get us in was the following Thursday. The employee stated they would complete the estimate and take my car in for repairs. He also said they would set up a rental for us. Today (Thursday) my husband took off work to drop my car off at Caliber. He called Caliber this morning and they confirmed the appointment and that Enterprise would be giving him a rental as well. When my husband arrived at ********************** he was told they do not work with my insurance (even though Friday they said they did) and they would not be able to fix my car. So, not only did my husband take off work, but they wasted almost a week of time that my car could have been fixed somewhere ******* one could give an answer as to why they said they work with our insurance when they dont and still allowed us to come in. The regional manger called me and was extremely rude. The best she could give me was sorry and that I should understand people make mistakes because Ive probably made mistakes in life as well. They couldnt even acknowledge that they made a mistake and own up to it. Instead, she defended her employees poor performance and attempted to make me feel like I didnt have the right to be frustrated with their horrible service.Overall, Caliber has poor customer service and communication. They do not care about their customers or their time. By looking at previous reviews, Im not the only one who feels this way. I will never recommend Caliber Collision or trust them with my vehicle moving forward.Caliber Collision Centers

It looks like lack of communication is the theme. I used them last summer and the repairs are now under lifetime warranty. Last summer was a wonderful experience! Constant communication and all. This is much different. My headlight motor was making a weird sound so I took it to Caliber on 4/9/25. It turns out I need a new motor for the light. I did not receive a call with any update. I called them at 5:05pm to tell them I was on the way. They said the car was at Sunset Auto up the street and I could come get it but the repair was not done. I called ****** and they were CLOSED. So, I am a single mom, left without a vehicle for the night and I never got a single call. 4/10/25-I call the next day and ****** tells me the car has been done so I tell her I will be there around 4pm. I get there via **** and find out the work is in fact, NOT done. No one knew what was happening with it. **** finally showed up from being on a call and said it would be a week before the part came in and that he would call me and set up the rental and pay me back for the ***** As of today, 5/5 he has not. 4/17 I call to get an update, they tell me it would be another week and to come on 4/24.4/23 I called to confirm my next days apptThey said they got the rental set up and all was good to go. I asked for **** to call me back so I could get the rental info. 4/23 - I get a call from ****** again saying **** told her to call me and tell me the part wont be in for another week and we can plan for 5/5.5/5 I called at 8am because this place is so untrustworthy. ****** tells me the eta for the part would be 5/9. I was extremely upset as I would not have known that if I had not called them. The consistent lack of communication is insane. Because they arent making any money off of me because of their warranty does not give them the right to treat me this way. Extremely unprofessional and they dont care. They had my car for 4 entire months, 4. Four. I paid so much for lyft rides, my rental car, everything while they left my car sitting around for months and months. Ive never been treated like that. He never once called me I had to call this man over and over all the time, finally he tells me okay its probably going to be done X week. So I go in on that friday and my car is parked, he says he cant get ahold of my insurance so he doesnt want to give me the car. I calmly walk inside, ****** the number, call, talk to any person I can and they tell him yes it's okay and I left with the car. Supossedly he had been calling every single day over and over for weeks though? What a joke. Oh and I got a estimate before coming here (because of my insurance) that was for 9k. They charged a little over 20k. Cant believe they are actually in business.Caliber Collision Centers

If you are looking for disrespect, no communication ability, and maximum frustration, this business is for you. Took my Tacoma in for what was told an easy 4 week max repair. Asked from day one for updates as the process goes, due to needing my truck for work. 3 weeks goes by and not a call from the office. I drove by and was told by sales representative **** that he had called and left voicemails, which of course was a lie. Only to wait a week later to (once again have to call since no one would reach out) for an update to find out the technicians forgot a piece needed to be replaced which would take several weeks to get in. I told them this was unacceptable and i will need my vehicle back. I go get my vehicle and Im told Ill receive a call in early April when the part comes in so i can bring my truck back to get the part installed. And of course, no one calls. I finally call and am told the part is in, and they can fix it in two days. Today is day 3 and have been told it will now take 5 days due to multiple technical issues during the repair Needless to say, i (and apparently hundreds of others) would not recommend this place. Unless of course, you enjoy supporting businesses with no respect for their customers.Caliber Collision Centers

Dont ever use this company they dont communicate and they dont care about their customers. Terrible terrible company. I would give them zero stars if I could, but it wont let me go that low. If I could put zero stars I would. They had my truck since November 1, 2024. It is now April 7, 2025. They said that the expected completion date was December 5, 2024, 6 months later and I finally got my truck back. I spoke with *****, but after several times Id attempted to communicate with him, he stopped responding completely. I then was doing business with *****. ***** was a good guy always trying to make things better, but his team is just downright awful. One thing was always missing, broken, or completely ignored. My insurance company sent me to Caliber so I took my vehicle to their ******************** location. The Lyndale Caliber service advisor that was assigned to my vehicle had a **** unprofessional demeanor and cut every corner possible when doing the repairs. When I got my vehicle back there were multiple issues with the quality of the work and they didnt do some of the things that should have been done. As a result, I initially left them a one-star review on here and swore I would never walk though a Caliber door ever again. But then there was a very unexpected plot twist.Within 72 hours of me leaving that negative review, the shop manager from Lyndale Caliber called me to apologize and offered to redo the repair work at no charge. Shortly thereafter I received a call from the regional manger who also apologized and asked that I give them the opportunity to make things right. I agreed to let them redo the work. The regional manager personally coordinated the repair revisions and the team that did the work went out of their way to make me a happy customer. When I finally got my vehicle back it looked better than it did prior to the damage that sent me to Caliber in the first place. In a world where it feels like nothing is quality anymore and no one is honest anymore, the regional manger of Caliber somewhat restored my faith in humanity. If I ever find myself needing auto body work done again, I have no qualms about taking my vehicle back to them.Caliber Collision Centers

After we filed an insurance claim with the other party's carrier, we decided to try Caliber. Unfortunately, they're shooting blanks We started on January 7th 2025 and as of today the repairs are still incomplete, this even after they has our vehicle for 2 weeks. While they say they attempted I have serious doubts to the integrity of that claim. After becoming frustrated with the whole process I raised my voice in a way to ****** attention. Only after I left did the manager manage to find my phone number so he could call and tell me he would not be fixing my car.Caliber Collision Centers

I’m torn on leaving a review here. I’d like Caliber corporate to address this. Summary Our 2025 Kia Carnival was brought to the Woodruff Road, Greenville, SC location after completing an online estimate process per a lady named Samantha. Total cost of estimated repair was $14xx.xx, and was notified that the final invoiced amount would be adjusted and given prior to work beginning. Our service manager, Philip, took an inventory of damages and returned to us with an estimated cost of repair of $32xx.xx. The team of people we have worked with has been great: Samantha, Timothy, Philip, etc. However I cannot in good conscience recommend using their online estimating tool. Just bring it straight to the dealer to work it out directly. The team earns praise, the company does not unfortunately due to its process.Caliber Collision Centers
