    I have used this company for 8 years and finally had enough. The quarterly services notices are always on the day of the service. We always tried to keep our services with them because they are a local business, but even that has limits. When repairs have to be done, it takes them twice to come out to complete a repair. Overall, customer service is not valued and they only worry about the bottom line.

    This contractor does not like to follow his contract. He would send his employees to my house without notifying me when. I told him, he would have to call me before showing up to do maintenance. His employee said that sounds like a appt. I told him no, it sounds like a breach of contract, and a lawsuit. His employee then left and he discontinued service. Cause he knew he was wrong. Terrible company. Dont be fooled.

    I used this company for several years for system checkups but when I needed them for a repair the owner was rude and dismissive. Take your business elsewhere. ***** Septic was prompt to respond and in two days I was back online even with a sprinkler relocation.
