- For the Gift Gallery - Returns are accepted within 8 days of purchase with receipt on all new, unused items in their original packaging and with all component parts. Credit will be issued in the original form of payment. Checks will be mailed within 10 days of return.
For Events - A 50% deposit on the Basic Space Rental Fee, and applicable sales tax, is due and payable at time of contract signing. This is non-refundable and may not be applied to future or alternative bookings. No changes to the scheduled event date of times can or will be made without written approval of Multiplicity's management. The balance due for the Basic Space Rental Fee and any contracted Additional Service Fees is due 30 days in advance of the event date, unless otherwise written in the Event Facility Rental and Use Agreement, its Exhibits, or its Addendums. Should final payment of balance for Rental and contracted Additional Service Fees not be received at least 30 days prior to the event, Multiplicity reserves the right to cancel the contract and release the space for rental by another party. In this event, any deposits made by User/Responsible Party will be forfeited. The Rental and Use Fee, or any portion thereof, shall not be refunded for any reason. Any exceptions will be made on a case-by-case basis and at the sole discretion of Multiplicity's management. - Business Categories
