      Five years ago, I purchased a Louis Vuitton handbag for $1,450 at the ***************** location. I was under the impression that Louis Vuitton products all are leather. They sold me a canvas instead of a leather handbag. The sales person did not tell me that my bag was canvas nor educated me on how to care for the product. I took good care of it until recently it started to peel little by little and then the peeling gotten worse. I took it into the store. They sent it out for an assessment and told me in about two weeks I can expect an email or call. Three weeks came no emails or phone call. I called the repair center. I spoke to ****, repair expert at the **************** location. I was not happy with her explanation. Think twice before you buy their products

      My experience was okay, up until after I purchased a purse, I am still waiting on a text from my service advisor/client advisor, which she said that I would get a text from her that day. I had a bad experience after purchasing with my account and purse. I called three different times and **** P; client advisor assured me that I would get a call within 24 hours, and I still have yet to receive a call from the store manager, I will never purchase from this location again, be aware when purchasing from this location.

      I bought a $2000 purse back in November 2018. I had to exchange it within weeks because it was damage. I hardly use it but with time started to come apart. I have many other pieces, but none of those are as bad as this one. I took it to the store in the ************, the person was very rude. She tell me is wear and tear! Really? I supposed to purchase an expensive purse and know that with time it will come apart? This is not true, since my other pieces are not like this. I is a bad product and LV won't take responsibility. Well, now I know for sure what brand not to buy anymore! I don't want to have to expect that with time I will have to pay $$$ to repair it.

      Hi, I would like to tell you about my experience with louis vuitton online store. I wanted to surprise my husband for his Birthday and get him something sofisicated and nice. I go online to the louis vuitton website and I purchased a bottle of cologne, Of course not knowing how it smelled, I still purchased it hoping that he would like it. I received the bottle of cologne and I give it to my husband. He opens it to see what it smells like because in order for him to know what it smells like and know if he likes it, he has to open it. Unfortunately the smell of the cologne was not to his satisfaction or liking so I immediately put cologne back in box and shipped back to louis vuitton with the intention to get either an exchange or refund .There's no where online/website that states that you can not open an item and request for an exchange or refund. I register my item online and put in for a request for either an exchange or refund but unfortunately louis vuitton did not accommodate me and instead denied my request. My great effort and intentions to get my husband something nice for his birthday automatically were shut down. I would have been satisfied and ok'd with just an even exchange. I just wanted to get him another cologne, a different cologne that's all. But instead louis vuitton return the cologne back to me and now I'm stuck with a bottle of cologne that I'm going to do nothing with. It's so unfortunate. Again, How are you suppose to shop for cologne online if you don't know how it smells. What's the point. If you can't buy a bottle of cologne ,open it to see what it smells like and if you dont like return it. It's not fare. Not everyone has the liberty to go to the retail store to smell the perfumes and colognes. This was a definite inconvenience and a very unfortunate and disappointing experience.

      Will never buy Louis Vuitton ******** ************ mini started to have severe peeling canvas, and splitting/fraying leather tabs. I sent it to LV repairs early November, as I have heard this is a common defect/quality issue with this bag. A care expert named ***** reached out to me and completely wasted my time, she quoted me almost ***** dollars in repairs. This is more than the bag initially cost, and its disappointing to see Tohfa & LV trying to take advantage of their clients. When I declined repairs, they kept the bag for well over a month. I just received it back mid February. Completely unacceptable and useless experience, they have succeeded in losing my business

      Bought a purse for close to $4,000 and a while after the glazing on the shoulder straps started falling apart after literally hanging it once on a restaurant hook while we enjoyed a meal. Took my purse in the store and the associate had no idea how to enter a ***air requested, so I ended up having to be at the store for close to an hour while he figured it out. Then when I left I noticed they had my contact email as somebody entirely different, so had to get that fixed. After 25 days of them having my purse and having nobody reach back about the ***airs, I called the store and nobody answered. So I called the ***** number where I was told that they estimated the ***airs to be $950 for ***lacing the straps and the metal hooks, meanwhile these are not the services the purse was sent in for. The leather straps themselves are in perfect condition and so were the metal hooks, and all that needed to be fixed was the glazing on the side of the straps (about 1/4 to 1/3 of the glazing came off). Once this was discussed the *** sent the information back to the shop and now I have to wait again for them to, hopefully, contact me back. Absolutely the worst quality for the price, poorly trained staff at the store, and money grabbing attempt on a ***air that was not what was asked for. Bought 2 purses from them, and never again. And I tell everyone who asks me about buying a bag to stay away and go with a different brand.

      I called on 1.7.2025 and spoke with Shaun/John regarding a return inquiry. (the chat and email were not working last night)
      I made purchase on 11.23.2024 for Christmas. I wanted to make sure the item did not sell out.
      Unfortunately, the purse is just not a good fit and I would like to return, the purse has not been used and still in the storage box, I also have the shopping bag to return.
      I understand the Return date was extended to 1.4.2025 for the Holiday and was I hoping an exception can be made since I am only a few days past the deadline. I admit I got caught up with the holidays and procrastinated. I was advised by Shaun/John to send an email with photos of the purse for review. I was also told I would receive a response with in one hour. I kept checking my email and never received.
      Today, 1.8.2025, I did a online chat with Chelsey as a follow up to my email request and she said she would contact the "team" and request approval for the return. I felt some hope and relief. Chelsey responded my request was not approved, I asked for my request to be sent to a higher approval level and was told it already was. I love the brand and want to be able to use/carry, so said I would be willing to make an exchange for even a lesser value so I could use, but denied again!
      I 100% understand policies and rules are made for a reason, however, only 72 hours past a deadline date, the purse was not used and still had the tags, there is something that could and should have been worked out.
      I work in a customer service setting and KNOW that in cases like this, there is a way to meet in the middle. I am very disappointed in the level of customer service, I am not blaming Shaun/John or Chelsey, they were very pleasant and just doing their jobs. I know I am a little fish in a big pond, but still, I will no longer make purchases from the brand.

      No star! I purchased a digital order for a bag that cost nearly $2,000, and after just two weeks, I noticed the fabric started to change color. I called customer service, and they informed me that I could come to the store for an exchange or return since it was within 30 days. Today, I took my two kids to the store, but I felt a sense of discrimination and was not welcomed at all. It was a truly unpleasant experience, and I wont be returning.

      Horrible place to spend your money. You return your item and ship it back with the label they have in the box. It is fraudulent and LV won't refund your money.

      No star! I placed an order on their site 9/30/24 and I have yet to receive it. I have reached out several attempts and the tracking info they provided me with at the time I placed the order is saying no package in possession with the carrier. They gave me a second tracking number which is saying no possession of package. After weeks they have stated it was shipped with another tracking number. At this point its one package 3 shipping numbers and it still has not arrived to me which they are telling me it did. I do not recommend making any purchases on this site because they will not help you if your order gets messed up at their negligence.
