      I went into this store on my way to pick my sister up and return to *************. I cashed in 4 lottery tickets totally $9, asked for 1 pack of Blue ******* Newport 100s which they did not have so I then asked for Newport Lights 100s. I also got 3 $2 scratch off tickets totally $6. I purchased a cigarette lighter which costed $2.08. My total on my receipt and on my bank statement came to $18.47 which is incorrect. I was charged for 2 packs of cigarettes when I only purchased 1 pack. I had a lot going on yesterday so I really did not check my receipt nor bank statement until this morning. I called this store and talked to assistant manager about the problem. She stated the store manager was going to be out for 2 weeks and would not be able to check tapes for 2 weeks. The cashier knows I only asked for 1 pack of cigarettes and was given 1 pack. Therefore, I feel there was some deception going on and this store needs to be investigated. This probably isnt the first time this happened to anyone at this store and probably will not be the last time. I want my money back an apology and cashier reprimanded.

      Subject: False Advertising and Overcharging at 7-Eleven Store #***** On January 19, 2025, at 8:38 PM, I purchased three cans of an energy drink at the 7-Eleven store located at ***************************************** (Store #*****). The promotional signage clearly indicated that three cans were being sold for $6.99. However, when I paid, I was charged $9.72, including $0.63 in sales tax, which was based on the inflated price. This is a significant discrepancy, as it exceeded the advertised price.This issue has occurred multiple times, and the discrepancy was hard to track due to combined purchases. On this occasion, I purchased only the three cans to verify the promotion. When I pointed out the issue to the cashier, they claimed they did not know the price shown in the promotion. I requested a refund, but the cashier stated they did not know how to process one and suggested I return the next day for a refund. They also refused to contact the manager to resolve the issue.This has led me to believe that the cashier may be intentionally charging a higher price, citing incorrect system settings. I have faced similar issues in the past, and the cashier's behavior seemed unprofessional and dismissive.I am requesting:A full refund for the overcharges across three transactions (estimated at $8.19 in total).Compensation for the time spent resolving this matter.An investigation into the store's pricing practices and employee conduct.I am submitting this complaint to seek resolution and prevent further issues from affecting other customers.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

      On January 15, 2025, I placed an order through 7NOW Delivery (Order #****************). Shortly after, I realized the wrong payment method had been used and canceled the order within two minutes. However, it was only after canceling that I received a notice stating the cancellation was ***************** no point during checkout was I made aware of this non-refundable cancellation policy. Additionally, the payment was not even posted to my account until a day later, meaning 7-Eleven had sufficient time to stop the transaction from finalizing but chose not to assist me in resolving the issue. I understand that businesses are required to clearly disclose all material terms, including cancellation policies, before finalizing a transaction. The lack of transparency violates these requirements and constitutes a deceptive business practice.Despite promptly canceling the order and reaching out to 7-Eleven customer service, my refund request was denied with no explanation beyond the fact that I canceled. This unfair practice is misleading to customers.

      They show on the ads on the doors and on the app what a whole pizza cost but if anyone uses a EBT card they over charge the amount and they hit the buttons so fast so u can't see anything or even use the points. I'll ask for receipts and the guy yells says no more receipt paper. This 7eleven has been scamming EBT card users for years and more people should be watching and checking the totals and the prices being charged.

      Clerk refused to allow me to use *** for my large coffee. Also rang up purchase incorrectly under 1 Double Wall Thermo CupSell 20oz His response when I said I was using EBT was, No EBT, do you have cash? I told him he was lying but he refused to allow me to use ***. 7 eleven clearly states on app and on store front that they accept EBT/Snap.

      this matter has been resolved and both parties are happy with the outcome. 711 gave me 2 free car washes for the inconvenience that of which I accept.  can companies steal and its not a criminal offence? If I do it I get arrested.

      Hi *********** hope all is well.I saw I had a $10 off coupon provided by chase&Doordash on the DoorDash app and used that coupon to place a pick-up order for 7-Eleven located at **************************************** at 10:55 am on 12/28/2024. After applying that coupon, I didnt need to pay anything for it. When I arrived at the 7-Eleven store at around 1:30 pm, the cashier refused to give me my order because on his system he saw the order was picked up at 11:00 am on the same day. 7-Elevens cashier let me contact ******** to solve this problem. I saw my order was picked up at 12:21 pm on Doordash app. I contacted ******** immediately via its Help button. The ******** customer service representative told me their system had marked my order as picked up automatically. They couldnt refund me or revert the $10 off coupon at this time. They would transfer my case to another team for review then they ended the chat. I expected they would contact the 7-Eleven store to explain what happened but they didnt do it. I got a decision that they denied my refund request on 12/30/2024. During this process, I didnt see 7-Eleven help me contact its partner Doordash, check their stock quantity, or check with their staff to see if anyone packed my order to solve my problem. They just let me contact Doordash and did nothing at that time. It took my time and I got nothing. It seems no one should be responsible for my loss. I believe I should get what I lost even though its a small amount of money because I met certain requirements to get the $10 off coupon, spent my time placing an order, went to the store to pick it up, contacted a ******** representative to try to resolve the problem. 7-Eleven charged money from ******** but didnt give items to its customers, but neither party cared about it.

      I received an emal from 7/11 to participate in a one-on-one interview on 12.16.24 from 2-2:30pm with ****** ********. I completed my 30 minute interview & was promised ****** points, within the week [which has passed] in the form of a gift card and have never received it. Initially I thought it was a hoax because gift cards come in dollar value not points, but I reviewed the email & found the interviewer on ******** so I did the interview which required my personal ******************* I've contacted 7/11 research team without resolve.

      My debit card was stolen and starting on 10/29 it was used at several of your stores locations. I filed a police report case # DB2400161. The case is moving slowly and I need my money refunded. I would greatly appreciate your help in any way I am pressing charges. I am also attaching my driver's license and would appreciate it if you could put in writing that *** not the one in your stores using my debit card. PLEASE if you can refund and assist this would be a great help.
