    I first contacted support on 7/6/23. To cancel my subscription. I have sent multiple messages without a response since then. I have tried to submit a cancellation request through the app but the cancel button was always greyed out. Today I discovered by chance that I had to hit the "arrow?" button in the corner of the comments box for the cancel button to appear, How shady is that!! We'll see if this works! As to the service - I was able to create i campaign - the first one and it is so confusing on how to do that I never was able to create another.

    Scam alert! It is very unclear what you get for your money when signing up. I still do not know what 1 credit gets you. I signed up for the annual plan and it did not work. Could not get numbers loaded from csv, could not schedule a campaign, was very confusing and had to watch a lot of confusing videos to figure it out. No support, no phone, AI chatbot. I cancelled, but it did not go through and they charged me $300. I never used 1 credit nor was able to issue a campaign or even upload names. They refuse to give me a credit. Run from project broadcast. It is a total scam. I went back to **********.
