"I'm disappointed because I've tried multiple times to find out information regarding what we believe to be reverse mortgage scam against an elderly person who is a palliative patient at the time and unable to me decisions this was involving reverse mortgage with South River and ******** engineer is the one who came out told my father he had to have all these things done to his home when I asked them for information on exactly what was going on they wouldn't provide it to me my father was not able to make his own decisions and they were all aware of this I'm upset because of the fact that they were supposed to contact me and give me more information when they never did they charged my father sent him collection notices and everything about this time that they came out it's been 2 years but unfortunately we've all been in some serious situations where we've had emergencies happening where we couldn't deal with any of this but I still continue to try to find out information and they still failed to give it to me I don't know if they're a part of it or if they are just as much a victim as we are"
