- Refunds are offered for custom orders only if the order is cancelled before production starts. All wristbands are custom designed and manufactured to the customer's specifications. They are unable to accept returns or redos due to incorrect size, color, type, message and typos entered on an order placed by the customer. The redo will be at the customer's cost. There is a seven (7) day warranty period from date of shipment on all rubber wristbands. Warranties do not apply to items that have been altered by the customer. There will be a 30% restocking fee of the full order total for all refunds or cancellations. If the error was the fault of WristbandsNow, they will issue a full refund once the customer returns the wristbands.
