This company HTH communications in ****** Mi) does not show private citizens ID and will just go on your land without notice or appt. We never heard of this company. They tried to tell her ******* sent them. Xfinity told us that this was not true and to call the police. They said she was in danger as they have no affiliation. They entered the yard without an appt and refused to show ID. They threatened to call the police if she didnt allow them on the property. They came back later after they had already entered our fenced yard without notice or permission. They are not a known company and wore no uniforms. Remember last October when the jeweler was murdered by fake utility workers? She knows that victim. We called ******* and were told they were not legitimate and to call the police. Many people might see themselves in danger in a situation like this and how they handled this situation could get a trespasser injured. My wife feels very unsafe and has the house, yard locked down like *************. She couldnt sleep as she was afraid they would try to come in the house. I have not been able to leave her as she is so afraid, It took 2 hours for me to calm her. We have filed a complaint with the attorney general and ***. This company should be ashamed.HTH Communications, LLC

This is worse company ever you can never get consumer service on the phone! I have been on hold for over a hour! I ordered a replacement phone I received the replacement phone but the company is closed after 8 and on Sunday so couldn't activate the phone! I'm a disabled person and need a phone if I go out case anything happens so for two days I had to sit in my house for two days because I couldn't get my phone activated and when they finally supposed to open Monday at 8 I have been sitting on the phone for over a hour and still haven't gotten anyone on the phone this is absolutely ridiculous so I guess I'm missing my doctor's appointment today and other important things I need to get done because I don't have a working phone without wifi! This company needs to be shut downHTH Communications, LLC

November 2024- Don't go with this company. I have been with them for 20 years round about and they have gone downhill increasingly during that time. Recently my son is eligible and tried to get lifeline through them. Their systems are so screwed up that each time when he was approved they "couldn't" complete the transaction because they charge a $5 fee for the phone and by then it had dropped off pre approval and they claimed that this made it impossible to move forward. I had to make a complaint with the FCC to get the lifeline application away from them and he went with another company and had his phone within a week- shipped within 48 hours.
That's not all though. Because of all the problems I have decided to leave them as well- his phone has so much better signal with that other provider. I had transferred my number from my landline phone to them some 20 years ago. I want my number back now that I want to leave. They took 3 days to respond and didn't even give me the transfer information in that response. I have now written a second request with the information that they wanted and am waiting again. I will eventually get my number away from them even if I have to complain to the FCC again, then I am done with them.HTH Communications, LLC

I haven't had working voicemail for months (it worked fine until AirTalk did something to screw it up, apparently). When I finally got through and spoke to a phone rep, I was told that tech would fix the problem remotely and notify me that they've done so via email within 48 hours -- which never happened, of course. They take forever to respond to messages, and have made it abundantly clear that they have no (0) interest in providing even a functional level of service.
Genuinely evil!HTH Communications, LLC

This company is the worse services that i have ever had. Calling customer services from my cell phone is never able to get in touch with anyone. They don't have my proper information. The phone call is dropping, call is unable to be made coming in and out. I have contacted FCC because they have been cutting my phone off for two months saying I owe them money. Nothing is working good with this company. VERY VERY POOR services.HTH Communications, LLC

Hi Marisa, If you believe your phone is lost or stolen, we suggest reaching out to our customer service team. You can also chat with them or send an email to report what happened. While we can’t help you track down your device, we do have a great variety of devices for sale at discounted prices, which might be lower than what you’d find in stores. To check out the available devices, just log into your account, and you’ll see the prices listed under "Our Price".Review fromNicky S

I was charged twice for a service I requested I asked for a refund for the second charge that I did not request and was refused reimbursement. How do they get away with double charging intenti
onally to maximize there profits. The company I am referring to is (Airtalk wireless.) I understand that they have government contracts for low income phone service.this company needs to be investigated for fraud. They provide an inadequate service and charge what they please for that service the federal government should look in to this issue and find another provider for their services they are taking advantage of their customers customers and providing a service that does not workHTH Communications, LLC

Hi Nicky, We would like to assure you that ******* Wireless does not impose double charges unless a subscriber attempts to process a transaction multiple times, which may result in such scenarios. An agent will be in contact with you shortly via email to learn more about your case.Review fromAmanda B

Got this as a prepaid phone for my child and wouldve been better off paying anyone else for service. I have been trying to get the phone to work properly since I opened a support ticket in July. Since then the first replacement sim card was lost in transit, the second was sent about 3 weeks later and did not work. Now the phone and both sim cards dont work. I just want a refund for at this point wasting my time. Most calls drop and over half of texts sent dont go through. The internet also does not work not even google. You can also never get anyone on the phone with customer service either.HTH Communications, LLC

I applied to *******, a devision of ********, a month ago. I understood the shipping policy and waited the full 10 days for the new cell phone device to arrive. I even took my time getting it activated, only to discover the device would not activate. After many attempts to contact customer service I became extremely frustrated and filed a complaint with the FCC, which made them contact me and attempt to resolve the issue. I became even more frustrated with getting put on very long holds, disconnected, and asked to do the same troubleshooting over and over, despite explaining to them that I am disabled and getting the sim card out and back in multiple times was causing pain to my disabled hands. They continued to imply that it was something I was not doing correctly. I finally threatened to report the company as a scam/fraud, which prompted them to finally issue a warranty replacement for the defective device. Then they had me return the device and wait for them to receive it before issuing the replacement. I have now waited almost a week for the return device to be received, (USPS states delays due to storms). I feel this company is responsible for that shipment as they issued that return label and it is now 'in transit' in Texas, where there company is. They made a point to send me a threatening letter stating that they will not be able to issue the replacement since they have not received the device. They are in possession of my ********** ******** eligibility and I do not have working cell phone as an older disabled adult living alone. I am concerned that this whole thing was a scam; the cell phone/sim card was never designed to work, only to provide them with the government grant to appear to provide ******** phone services, but not actually provide such service.HTH Communications, LLC

Hi Gretchen, We regret to learn about your dissatisfaction. We understand that not everyone is well-versed in technology; therefore, a return label was sent to you two days after you reported your issue to *******. The shipping carrier collected the package on Thursday, September 12th, which was three days after your report, and it is currently en route to ******* Wireless. Although you were unable to perform further troubleshooting on your own, it is necessary for ******* Wireless to examine the device. You have been informed that following the inspection, the device will either be repaired or a replacement will be sent to you via FedEx 2nd Day. Thank you for your patience.
