    charged me 111 dollars for birth certificate expedited. they have not delivered, despite being provided with all required info. no response to my repeated complaints. they ignore my phone calls. waited one and a half hours on hold....no response.

    Charging over$94. For a $15. Birth certificate, no response, cancel get your money back thru your bank. Cancel the charge asap. Bogus business cheats scammers, they dont tell you their price until after you pay. Rippoff. Rate minus 5.

    I paid for my birth certificate and mailed it in and it's now 2025 and I still dont have my document. These people suck!

    Vital records is stoping process violating time frames of important certificates I’m wondering if anyone else is experiencing this no supervisors ever at this point they are hindering my life style and need to be investigated do not use them if you have family have them get it and mail it.
