"This company has bad reviews for a reason and I see why .I been staying at The Beverly at Lakeside for 5yrs someone stole somebody packages and the post office said they couldn't deliver because the mailbox needed to be fix this happen in October of 2024 so they said any tenants that pay for a po box the will reimburse so I go and do that I ended up paying $91." ...
