    Thank you to ******* ***** and ****** ****** for their excellent customer service, sincerity, willingness to help even when not benefiting themselves as well as always being so prompt and diligent with helping my family and I. These guys have sat on hold with me with tax collectors, tax assessors and previous mortgage companies! That you dont find often! They are one of a kind and I have felt with so many others leaving me feel like I couldnt trust anyone because they just did what they had to to get their sale and move on, but not ******* and ******* They even helped advise me on financial information for another very important family member so dear to me with straight, honest answers and recommendations. Thank yall so much! From the bottom of my heart yall are truly worthy of all the praise!

    I worked with *******. He had called me in January about the **** but at that moment I didnt have time asked him to call me back during April. He did and was vey professional and respectful. Answered all my questions and promised to follow up if rates drop further. Highly recommend!!

    Received a cold call this afternoon between classes concerning a possible refinance. Asked ***** a few questions about it all, then I wondered how he got my number and all of my information in the first place. ******** said he got it from the VA, of course. Has my social, all my personal information. ****. Told him I have to go to class, dude has the audacity to ask me to stay on the phone and send a s**** of my mortgage agreement. I say no, I have to go to class now. He counters with why dont I just use class time to give him this information. Im not quite certain what angle your company is trying to come from in pursuit of this, but I can assure you that if your representative is trying to convince a stranger to stay on the line and ignore responsibilities for it- I want nothing to do with any of it. In summary; I dont leave reviews ever. But this is egregiously ignorant to a possible customer.Dont ever contact me again.

    Alex was simply amazing! He helped us refinance after other companies kept falling short on their promises. Alex was clear on his commitments and what we could expect. As promised we had frequent updates and him and his team were able to walk us through the process every step of the way. I would recommend Alex to anyone who needs someone on their side.     Ali was amazing to work with. He showed he cared more about us than just getting a sale. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, if you’re on the fence about working with him or New Era, do it and you won’t be disappointed. 10/10 recommend and honestly don’t see myself ever working with anyone else.

    Nick ****** and Omar (last name UNK) were the two very professional, personable (Nick definitely) and make it happen people I have ever met and did business with. There was no time wasted, they were always very clear and concise, and I really appreciated their promptness. And with all of that, they were actually able to surpass my expectations so I’m very grateful.
