    I have to come back on here and fix my review , I found out through a lack of communication my sale didn’t process on the day I arrived, But to put everything in perspective Steve and Nathaniel made it right and made sure ,I got everything I wanted great vehicle and a nice warranty so I would like to tell those two thank you and tell you guys if you’re ever in the business of purchasing a new or used vehicle head on down to Greenway Mazda and see them.

    I worked with Roger, who was wonderful. I spoke with Roger for over 2 days inquiring about this vehicle. Jhen- one of the sales managers- on the other hand, is a scummy business man. I was inquiring about details on the vehicle and Jhen was taking a long time to get back to me. I expressed to Jhen that I wanted to purchase the vehicle and needed the last document before giving a deposit. While putting together the financials to send over for the deposit- Roger informed me that the car was being shown to someone else. Roger explained to Jhen that I was ready to purchase the car and trying to put the deposit down before the other customers came in. Jhen would not allow me to put the deposit down. The bottom line is Jhen offered me a good deal and sought out a new opportunity to make more money on the car. Ultimately Jhen went back on his word. Will not be giving this Mazda business even if the cars are 75% off

    I had a great experience. Joel helped me and he was awesome. Very knowledgeable, he communicated thoroughly and explained everything well. I will definitely be back to trade in again. Thank you Jose and Greenway Mazda!
