"I am amazed at how many people have come on here to raise concerns about the selling tactics at the Opry Mills mall kiosk and it is still operating the same way. I understand that they are independent of your company and not under your purview, but considering that these are YOUR products, I would think that you would want your company to be represented more positively." ...
