    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  



    The Company sent me the Documentation but I was not listed on the Title. Therefore I had to send it back to them that they can update the Title. Until today I don´t have the Title for the car.

    This is Hamad from Motor World i'm the GM at Motor World and i was on vacation just got back in office today, for this specific customer we have already sent him the title i'm not sure what he is talking about since i was out of country but i will look into this immediately and resolve this issue.

    Let me check what's wrong with the title i was out of country so i am still catching up on things so let me make this my top priority and fix the title and send it to the customer.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  



    As long as the Title is not send to me, the problem is not solved.

    Instead of promising to make it highest priority, give me an estimate when I´ll receive the updated and signed Title.
