      Do NOT use a Construction Loan with Prosperity. The do "Reimbursement" draws only, so you have to go out of pocket on Everything and then wait for their clueless inspection to "Approve" whatever small percentage they think is complete, when they know nothing about construction. I have to fight them every time I submit a draw, and I have build hundreds of homes. DO NOT USE!

      easy to get a account ?? wonder why ?? Corporate is a joke can not use ***** for my own protection , debit card being declined for my own protection , checks deposited being assumed as fraud , never had so many problems with a bank RUN , I run a small business customers pay with ***** and checks im loosing money from this joke of a bank

      Twenty five years with the changes over time and I have never had better service from a bank. Nichole on 66th in Lubbock and most of the other tellers there greet me by name and are very adept at meeting my needs. Interaction with the bank officers has been at the same high level.
      Five stars isn't enough.

      Had to give it 1 star to write this if not I'd give 0. I've made several payments on my prosper card and my balance stays the same. No help from customer service. Prosper is a scam. Stay clear of prosper

      Do not use the ***** function. When a transaction has failed they take the funds from your account anyway and do not credit back for 3-5 days. They made my rent late incurring $50+ fees that I will now be responsible for!

      My payroll check was direct deposited this morning. It was never posted. My car note was due. Cost me late charges. And i was unable to eat today. Im sinfle. My husband passed away 2 weeks ago. This is very sad. That this bank would steal my money!!
