    We had the whole house of windows done, one of the windows was cracked when they were installing it they told us that they were coming to replace the window and to put the rod iron back on and that was last year August 5th. No response has been acquired from the owner. Very unsatisfied with their customer service.

    It was a poor quality of the windows installation that was done on my house on April 2017. I’m very disappointed. One of the windows was not properly aligned and is not opening and closing properly. After the owner came to check the window, he said that he was going to send a worker to fix it, which never happened. On early 2022 one of my windows glass cracked, after several attempts, Mr. ********* called me back and came to check it, he told me that he will order the window to replace it. I understand that during the pandemic it was very hard to get material but last year after several calls attempts I was told by him that the orders were behind. This year on January, again after several calls, Mr. ********* called me back to let me know that my windows will arrive on 2 weeks which, again, never happened. I been trying to contact Mr. ********* by phone and text but he doesn’t responded. I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service and job not well done. **** **** ********** ** *** *** ********** ** ***** ** **** * ********* **** *** ***
