Me and my friend ******* ****** went into the tattoo shop together, after the horrible piece of "work" was finished, she paid him 100 dollars in cash and we went to her car. we were looking at it and automatically knew she just wasted her money and there was no way she was physically able to leave the place without her money back, she goes back inside to get her money back and the "artist" tells her "i don't see a difference" when she shows him the original picture of what she wanted. Seriously? she told him she wanted her money back and he HANDED it back to her. everyone in the shop started to gaslight her and told her it's what she asked for when it isn't remotely close. we're now in her car and then this woman is standing out of the building staring at us. we stare back and mouth her what's up, and she tells ******* to get out of her car. she had to look the awful age of 40, waving her hands being hysteric and looking like she was going to do something. we honestly felt threatened we're only 18 years old, so we leave. as we're driving home the store is BLOWING *******'s phone, harassing her and telling us to come back and give them 50 dollars for some random fee i'm sure they made up. The woman "Aliea" messages ******* and tells her she has already notified the police for theft and we have 20 minutes to turn around and come back. she twists the story and says that ******* walked in and walked out without paying, which is not true at all. ******* paid, and then got her money back when the artist gave it back to her. Empire Ink in Greenville is nothing but a terrible, disrespectful business to their customers and can't do tattoos at all; and harassing customers when they don't like what we have to say. i honestly can't believe this happened today and i'm really angry about this. it's also very embarrassing how bad they reacted when ******* gave them her full honest opinion on it. ******* also received harsh obscenities from the shop and is still being harassed.

The customer wanted a tattoo for $60, she was quoted $100. We customized to fit her budget. The customer filled out all consent forms needed to get the tattoo done and also double checked the stencil to make sure this image was what she wanted to get tattooed. The customer agreed, got the tattoo, said she loved it when she was done. Her and her friend left after paying. They came back a long period later, and the customer was demanding her money back. We have a no money back policy, the artist that did her tattoo ended up giving her money back but the owner saw and heard what happened and told the customer that she was happy when she left and said she would be back and wanted to know what happened between here and there and what changed her mind. He said that the money needed to go back to the artist for his time, as she was happy when she left. She said no and walked out. The owner followed her outside to take pictures of her car to get the license plate and told her to get inside and make her payment as we were going to make a police report for theft if not. The customer started yelling profanity at all employees. The owner contacted the number on the client form, an older lady answered, and the customer was in the background yelling and the older lady asked her how she got a tattoo when she got money to get her nails done. Long story short, customer is young, used all the money her grandmother had given her for that Friday, and she spent it. That is the only conclusion that we can come to. We have no money back printed all over our shop to prevent this however this artist is new and just started! A service was rendered, she was happy when she left, came back a long time later and complained. The older lady ended up paying $50.00 of the $60.00 via Zelle to the Owner.
