From the moment we get the first contact with our customers we try to be as honest as we can. We are a junk yard bussiness and we let clear that our product is used. There is a risk of the parts being defective, specially when it comes to a product like an engine or transmission. We also let clear the process we follow to test said product. We never guarantee that our product will work 100% since it would not make sense having in considaration that is used. Our warranty policy details are visible for our customers in their sales receipts, our website, and in forms available in our store. Our warranty form states that the product may be defective, and that customers are aware that the prices we manage make worth the risk. Also, we do offer replacement or store credit, and in case of not having a replacement for our customers we do offer the option of getting a refund, however in order to get any of this options customers should return the bad product back to us, we will make sure the product is ours by checking some marks we put in them and that it is in the same conditions we sell it.

When Ms. ***** reported that the engine was not good on August 29th we dind't have a replacement available in that moment. She indicated that she wanted a replacement to avoid getting double charge by her mechanics for removing the bad engine and putting the replacement later. We continue looking for a replacement but we weren't able to find one. Later on a call on september 10th we again informed Ms. ***** we dind't have a replacement yet and the warranty rules, and we offer to bee in the look for that replacement. After that we received a message from her on  Octuber 15th and since we had an issue with our texts app we called her twice with no answer to offer her the refund option since to this point we weren't able to find the replacement.

Since she never returned the engine we dind't proceed with the refund.

We have no problem with returning Ms. ***** money for the engine value, since our warranty states that we do not cover any labor fees. But the product should be returned and should be in the same conditions it was sold. We will keep trying to contact her again to solve this.

Attached is the warranty information, the sales receipt, the calls record and the attempt we made just today to get in contact with Ms. ***** again.

I dont live anywhere near this business. I had a disabled vehicle that was supposedly picked up by this company. I signed a bill of sale for $500 in September and still havent received payment. I just received a text from someone in the area of the vehicle asking if Im selling it ? Apparently it was NOT towed as they said as someone is able to access the vehicle and get my info ! I have contacted this business numerous times with ZERO response ! I call and supposedly a check has been sent but it has not and Im assuming at this point that the vehicle has NOT been towed as I wa told !

I am rejecting this response because: I started phone calls text and emails 8-17-22. They sent me a wore out transmission and are taking advantage of the length of time it takes to get any work done on an automobile by saying the warranty had expired. ***** finally agreed to send me a transmission but I had to pay the shipping. Asked her how many miles is on the transmission and how much was shipping no reply for a while then stated that she had to find one. 9:30 22 I'll talk to a another salesperson, ******, as if I was a new customer asking for the same transmission and she said they did have one. I called ***** back stating such but she said they had to check out the transmission. September 23rd she said she needed to send me a picture to verify that it would work September the 28th I text her and asked about the transmission again transmission, also made phone calls. October the 5th finally sent me pictures by email I told her that it looked like mine and asked again how many miles was on it and shipping no reply I then talk to her and told her that I had to get my car on the road and had ordered from another company and I would be filing a complaint with BBB **** she sent me emails with the mileage and asked about transportation I told her it was too late that I had done ordered one so she said sorry. It has been one continuous run around after another.

    Regards,

*************************** fraudulently sent me a transmission that was totally wore out. After weeks and months of getting the runaround and threatening to file a **mplaint did they offer to give me a transmission if I paid shipping which would have been approximately $300. With **ntinued runarounds I had to purchase a transmission from another source and pay for labor again. I paid $1,395 for the parts from ***** and $1,749 for labor. I have emails, text messages supporting this also a voice message from the shop about the **ndition of the fluid in the transmission. If I had a phone number I **uld forward these. I have tried to attach these but I am unable, everytime I try I lose everything. This is the 3rd time filling this out!! Thanks *********************** ************
