    We tried to hire this company to repair our pump when it broke. They didn't return our phone calls and were difficult to schedule with. Once we got an appointment, ********************* came out and did not repair anything. He took a quick look at our pump and suggested we replace the whole thing (pump, motor, and impeller) for over $2000, even though the motor was brand new. When I asked questions to try to understand the problem, he repeatedly stated "I really think you are overthinking this." When I scheduled the appointment I was told the service charge was $150, but he told me he wouldn't charge that. Afterward, he never sent us a written estimate as promised and billed us $100 for the service call even though he didn't even attempt to fix anything. In the end, we replaced the new motor with a slightly smaller one (for free - the company that sold us the motor exchanged it), and the problem was solved.
