"They are in the wrong business they have no compassion for the clients they get angry they talk to you any kind of way there's no way to reach anyone in charge and you're stuck with these people who are putting you in a device that could change your life as well as damage your life I am really not all that secure in getting my electric wheelchair from them but all the problems that I had to go through to get it I don't want to have to start over they make a lot of excuses for each other and make it difficult for you to complain about the way they treat people if you just look at their reviews that should be a snapshot of what's going on there for years hopefully someone looks at this and does something about this company because they have lost sight of what their job is I pray that no one has to deal with this company anymore they should be put out of business because they don't even care even after the negative reviews they continue in their deceitful and ugly practices"
